01 / SUPPORT AUTOMATION

Flowdesk Assistant

A helpdesk knowledge-base assistant using keyword retrieval, not an LLM. It answers only from sample articles, cites its source, and offers a human handoff when confidence is low. An LLM could be added behind a server-side endpoint; this demo does not include one.

DATA HANDLING

Parsing, validation and cleanup with tests for edge cases such as quoted fields and unsafe cells.
